Cancellation policy
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive recurring shipments of VigorPet and to be charged automatically for each shipment until you cancel.
Billing frequency and price
All subscriptions are billed and shipped every 30 days. The price depends on the kit you select:
- 1 bottle: $34.99 every 30 days, plus $9.99 shipping
- 2 bottles: $69.99 every 30 days, free shipping
- 3 bottles: $104.99 every 30 days, free shipping
The price, kit and frequency of your subscription are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Each recurring charge is made to the payment method you used at checkout.
First-order bonus
Any free bonus bottles offered at checkout (for example, “2 + 1 free” or “3 + 2 free”) are included in your first order only. Recurring shipments include only the kit you subscribed to, at the price shown above.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by emailing us at support@tryvigorpet.com with the subject “Cancel my subscription”. Please include the name and email address used on your order.
We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us again.
Cancellation deadline
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after a charge has been processed take effect from the following billing cycle. If your cancellation request was received in time and you were still charged, contact us and we will refund that charge.
After you cancel
Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not cancel an order that has already been charged and shipped. Orders already in transit will be delivered as normal.
